About Me

Hirad Daneshvar

I am a PhD Candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University working on applications of Deep Learning in Healthcare. I have experience with several programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, etc. I have worked as a Full Stack/Back-end and Database Developer working with relational and NoSQL databases. This experience taught me to work both individually and in teams. During my Master's degree, I worked on Recommender Systems, specifically on a Movie Recommender System. Currently I am conducting research on Deep Learning applications in the healthcare domain and I am looking forward to use my experience after graduation in academia and contribute to this field.
